Kelly Michelle Stables grew up in the city of St. Louis, Missouri. She performed with The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia awarded her a BA (with distinction) in Theatre and Communications. Following her move to Los Angeles, she became active in the theater arts and started acting and choreographing roles for more than two dozen musicals and plays such as The Little Foxes Brady Bunch at Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera in addition to seven titles performances in the Award-winning Storybook Theatre. Kelly began to land the roles for films and TV as she studied improvisation with The Groundlings. Kelly's unique voice and small stature have allowed her to portray a range of different roles. She was known to the public for taking on the role of the evil Samara along with Naomi Watts, in The Ring 2. In reality her most well-known role is for her bright and cheerful receptionist in Two and a Half Men. Kelly was an TV Land Regular on the series from 2011-2015, playing an attorney in the daytime and the nightclub host. Kelly also appeared as Alyssa's charming, smart sister on the ABC show Romantically Challenged and as the worried suburban mom on the CW series No Tomorrow. The soprano voice of hers has been heard in numerous cartoons including Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. Her most recent performance was playing the dim, charming Cloud 9 staffer on NBC hit comedy Superstore. She lives a quiet life that is quite quiet, with two children younger than five years old. She is a lover of sewing as well as write, and she is an active participant in various school activities.
